alpha88's FAQ explains that a Three Card Poker ante is only contested once the dealer reaches a qualifying hand, that Joker Poker's joker acts as a full wild card, and that Double Fortune's win structure depends on whether a version uses paylines or ways-to-win. It also clarifies that a Dota 2 handicap bet adjusts for score or map margin and is not the same as a straight match-winner bet.

Frequently Asked Questions on Games and Account Access
Some of these questions come up again and again once you start comparing game formats - how a joker card changes a poker hand, or why a Three Card Poker ante doesn't always get contested on alpha88. Others are about day-to-day account use, like checking the mobile browser or finding our privacy information.
We've kept each answer short and specific, with a pointer to the fuller policy page where the detail matters more than a quick line can cover.
Does Double Fortune pay out on fixed paylines or a ways-to-win system?
It depends on the version in our slot rooms - some fortune-themed titles use fixed paylines, others use ways-to-win. Check the paytable inside the game before you set your bet size.
Does the joker in Joker Poker only substitute for certain cards?
No - the joker in Joker Poker is fully wild and can stand in for any rank or suit. What changes between paytables is the minimum hand needed to qualify for a payout.
If I'm dealt a hand in Three Card Poker, does my ante always get paid?
Not automatically - the dealer must reach a qualifying hand before your ante is contested on alpha88. If the dealer doesn't qualify, the ante typically pushes and only the play bet settles.
Is a Dota 2 handicap bet the same as picking the match winner?
No - a match-winner bet settles on who wins the series, while a handicap line adjusts for score or map margin. A stronger side can still lose the handicap bet while winning the match.
